Was fine at start (in 2005) but not now.
General Comments
Have had a devil of a job trying to even report a problem where customers have had money taken from their accounts but it hasn't been credited to mine. This happened in December and am still trying to get them even to acknowledge that I've got a problem. Or rather they have as they've taken the money but not credited it to me. Am seriously looking to move away from Abbey Business Account to a paid for account as time wasted on the phone is a joke. Especially as you have to go over and over the same thing with umpteen different people everytime you call. I've written to complain but haven't even had a response to that.
