Center Parcs, Longleat Forest, has lovely forest, accomodation was very good, guests were all very courteous and well behaved. We arrived on the day it had snowed heavily. Having queued for 2 hours to get in, we were handed cleaning materials and bed linen and were supposed to clean the house and make our own beds. The mattress covers were exposed and one was filthy and had other peoples hairs on it. Bad points are accomodation had not been cleaned, there was a lack of glasses, there is no soft play area for very young children. It cost us £5 for 30mins in tumble tots for our 14 month old little girl. We got £40 vouchers to spend in Center Parcs and they had to be spent there and then. It was poor consolation.
