after crashing my car the next day i rang direct line to make a claim by the next day it had been taken away. Two days later they told me it was a write off and gave me a total loss payment which was £4500 and i only payed £4200 for the car a year ago!! But i am sure my quote will go up next year. Very good company to deal with.
