I was initially a bit nervous about using Seatwave due to the bad reviews, but then its often only when something doesn't work out that people bother to write a review, where's many, many satisfied customers who probably don't write their good experiences. My tickets were bought for Kaiser Chief in Edinburgh for the 26th February for my boyfriend's daughter's 18th birthday treat, so total disaster if the tickets didn't turn up!! But all was well. Ordered the tickets on the 4th February and they were delivered to me on the 9th. So a very satisfied customer here. The site was easy to use. I was emailed with updates regarding my order and dispatch of tickets. No bad points really. The tickets were more expensive than face value, but then it is a sold out concert, so thats to be expected!
