I just canceled my PennyTalk account after months of frustrating calls where I seemed to be only able hear snippets of what the person at the other end of the line was saying. What was particularly irksome was that they had a big advertising campaign to expand their customer base, yet their technology doesn't seem to be at sufficient levels to handle the load in my opinion. I gave them a zero on the rate card.
