General Comments
I didn't find ebay helpful when I was trying to report another user using my photos on their listing. They also changed the feedback system so only buyers can leave negative feedback which I think could enable others to potentially abuse it, I think that it is only fair that we all have the right to put our point across if a transaction went badly. I think the fees are expensive, and I don't feel there is any protection for me as a seller if items become lost in the post unless i send everything recorded which adds 72p to each package i send, i will still have to refund or send replacements. Whenever i have contacted ebay with a query or complaint, it seems like the reps have either sent me an automated email which did not appear relevant to my question or they all had the same advice. I have been a member for over 4 years but am deeply considering finding another site.
