The company has no redemning features


General Comments

The product ordered they did not have so sent me a different product three times - less value but charging me for the more expensive product. I didn't get my money back until 1.5 months after the initial order and then it was minus the delivery charge. Called at least seven times and have been offered nothing in the way of compensation. Was called separately by their marketing department to ask if I was happy with the service, they hadn't even managed to deliver me the correct product! I would never have anything to do with the company again, given current market there are plenty of other companies that are prepared to offer a competitive price and a flawless service
