General Comments

I rang Accord Jan. 09 to ask if my mortgage could be re-calculated to take accounts of all interest rate falls. Was told yes and the helpful lady re-calculated it whilst on phone. Asked her and was assured calculation was correct and so my payments fell by approx, £150. quite a slice and I was very pleased. Then yesterday received Mortgage Statement they should have sent in Dec. 08 but they've sent out late and it showed different rate. When I rang they told me it was My mistake, I shouldn't have assumed I could have such a reduction in rate - Why Not? Do I have a crystal ball? When I didn't agree with adviser and asked him to go sort it out with a Manager he refused and put phone down on me. he rang back again today, told me the same thing and when I didn't agree he again put phone down on me.
