Got Samsung U600 as a free upgrade to a contract which replaced my brick.
The styling is very nice, easy to slip away in shirt pocket etc
The touchpad buttons are not for people with big fat fingers and it is a bit too easy to unexpectadly leave the texting window before you complete your message. This is very frustrating !
I had to install a little aerial booster in mine as compared to other phones in the house the reception was not too strong on the U600 in comparison. I tested this on Virgin, O2 and Orange and came to the same conclusion.
Also, the ring tone is not very loud - easy to miss a call in a busy environment.
Finally, the battery life is pretty abysmal !!
Because of the latter I am afraid I struggle to recommend this phone as I do not see any higher powered batteries for sale, not even on various auction sites. Good points are: Very slim
