General Comments
You can not contact anybody directly on the 'customer compliants' number, instead you have to leave a message and wait for them to call you back.
I have had claims refused on seemingly contradictary as well as what I thought was absolutely ridiculous grounds, and in opposition to the opinions of my vet.
Ultimately it comes down to the opinion of their inhouse vet against your own vet
