General Comments

I ordered a Nikon camera via the internet from Jessops Online at www.jessops.com. Offer included a free camera bag and a lens. Free bag arrived. Two weeks later, camera arrived without the lens. I phoned Jessops and was told I had to pay extra for the lens, or it could not be delivered, even though I had paid for the lens! Checked my card statement and it appears they had not refunded the extra they took off me for the supposedly free lens.
