General Comments

Poor customer service from William H Brown from the beginning when the first sale fell through the agency failed to put our house back on to the internet for 3 weeks...No reference to file of information held therefore constantly needed to keep explaining same things to individuals. Lack of updates on viewings, phoned incorrect numbers, agent said that he had left messages when we had no answerphone! Fail to do what they say to do - after pressure from agent we agreed to drop our house price twice as they said the house would be put into sale adverts - not suprised that on both occasions this did not happen. The agent placed a £1000 cash back offer on our house which we had not signed up to - when I queried rather than apologising the employee asked me why I hadn't signed up!
