I ordered a large amount from Furniture at Work, desks, chairs etc for a new office i was opening, without going into too much detail, various items were missing! I would have desks without the frames or drawers, chairs with wheels missing! considering the amount of money I spent I expected better service, although when I 1st called they were very keen to sort this problem, but call after call and day after day the missing parts never arrived, and if they did, they were the wrong parts!!
After all this i found out "furniture@work" do not even appear to supply any of the items, they buy it off their suppliers, I guess that's why they can never seem to give me a straight answer! I feel sorry for the people that take all the hastle from customers as its not really their fault they cant tell you exactly what is happening!
