Bad Points

There was a minor omission on first fitting but the speed of assessment and correction could not be regarded as more than a minor inconvenience. There was no reluctance to correct


General Comments

I started wondering if I was chosing an expensive firm but the quality of the furniture from Neville Johnson and the attention to detail of the team made the job excellent value for money. The service from initial enquiry to completion was excellent. The personnel were all pleasant and very helpful. There was always a contact member of the team to contact and they always seemed fully conversant with my job and needs. I was kept informed of progress at each stage from design to survey to fitting.
