Good Points

the loan itself and the service from the branch to take it out. My local branch were very helpful.


Bad Points

the dreadful customer service from the company handling the loan on behalf of LLOYDS TSB. The staff are very patronising. I don't feel the customer matters to them.


General Comments

another bad point is if you use your debit card and pay say £1000 towards your loan it is updated on your file within 12 hours at a LLOYDS TSB branch yet if you phone the administration company it takes days as they don't take it as cleared funds!! it makes a difference to the interest and also suggests that they are holding money on account rather than crediting it.

LLoyds TSB need to take back and manage the company themselves
