Bad Points

I feel that the customer service I have received has been very shoddy, unhelpful and poor - I think tesco need to remind themselves who are the customers and be helpful and flexible.


General Comments

Having pressed a total of 37 buttons on the phone to gain access to a human to talk about my Tesco credit card my temper was at a medium to warm level. i seemed to be destined this day as I was put through to a young operator who to all intent and purpose stated that the Computor said No when I asked about a creidt limit increase. I asked how this could be achieved and he stated one could write to the Credit review team. I asked to speak to them and was told " I am sorry they dont speak to customers" A supervisor was nowhere to be seen but I was advised I could wait and see when one became free - no time limit was available. I was promised a call back (which they dont offer as a service for customers but on this occassion he would ask)
