Good Points

The hotel overall is nice and inviting as you walk in


Bad Points

No milk for tea or coffee. Bar fridge missing items that were on the list, later on told that the list was not up to date.
We spent 2 nights there and had family members meet us for lunch and were told we could not take them around the pool area to eat as it was only for guests. They were not swimming, though the child in the group was going to have a swim and we were rudely told by the so could security the hire that we could not go in, though they are willing to take your money in every other eating and drinking area. The buffet in the restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food the served.


General Comments

We had stayed at the Marriott Surfers Paradise Resort a few years back and were not over impressed but put it down to bad weather that spoilt the stay so thought we would give it another go. I would not bother staying there again, and would not recommend it.
