The tour of paradores in historic Spain looked really interesting in the brochure.
General Comments
I had a really good holiday with them about 3 years ago. I would not risk doing any business with them now. Departure was cancelled. Fair enough, but they neglected to tell me, still reminding me to pay the balance and then taking the balance. Getting my own money back was time-consuming-3 letters and 2 phone calls. It seemed that chaos reigned across several departments. At one point, a Customer Services adviser put the phone down on me. It took a letter to the Chief Executive's office to sort it out. At the end of the dispute, Saga sent me a bouquet of flowers and a local charity shop sold them for £9. 50.
