Good Points

On time - I fly all the time with Aer Lingus /best/only choice for my needs) and had only once a delay from DUS. All other flights (mainly DUB-DUS, DUB-JFK and DUB-SFR) where on time.
Service personal - nice and most of the time friendly, however no over achievers here.

Bad Points

Food - especially on long haul flights is a disgrace
Cleanliness - standard
Age of planes - they seem to use the oldest plane they could find for their very frequent flight DUB-JFK - so no own monitors and therefore very limited choice of entertainment

General Comments

As Aer Lingus offers very frequent flights to the US and German cities, it is often my airline of choise. That said, doesn't mean I am always happy with them, especially the food is horrible on long haul flights, either something with chicken or beef and always this horrible scones thing for breakfast....
