faulty product costing me money travelling to various stores

General Comments
bought vaio laptop on 23 01 09 found out to be faulty.since then been given run around to get replacement laptop after first went faulty within less than two weeks.rotherham branch did not want to know.meadowhall almost gave faith in company till did not deliver laptop when stated.this now costing me again in fuel costs to go see what is happening.iam now up to my seventh visit to Carphone Warehouse stores. companies always wants customers to be faithful to them but cannot return the gesture.the laptop was a present from my wife and carphone warehouse has had the computer nearly as long as i have making my 28 days cooling off period invalid.
