1. very lightweight
2. you won't feel anything, i.e. your memory usage will be minimum
3. a little slow scan but very very effective
4. daily updates.
Bad Points
1. updates so far once in 24 hrs.
2. couldn't remove a trojan at first hand.(after I contacted customer care, they were sweet enough to apologize & send an update)
General Comments
I use ESET smart security. First I used AVAST! It was lousy, gave so many false positives & could not protect me. I had to format. Next I installed threatfire for on access scanning & bitdefender free for on demand scanning. It slowed down my PC.
Then I heard about ESET NOD32 from a friend. He was a computer geek & told me some features in tech languages I didn't understand. Anyway, I went for ESET smart security as it gives antivirus, antispyware, antispam & firewall.
I am now protected!
