A simple task you might think. Order a necklace as a gift; and maybe if I'm lucky it might arrive before Christmas. Only it didn't and despite being advised that it had been despatched...it has never arrived. Oh but don't be fooled into thinking that I've been kept up to date on where my order is or when I might receive it. Only when I've chased them have I been advised on at least three occasions that it 'should be with you in the next 3 or 4 days'. However, still the mail man has only a light load of letters and bills to give me. (sigh!).
I am then told that the item in question is 'no longer available' and that I will receive a refund. I'm still waiting to receive it. Nine weeks they've had my money.
In this competitive market I cannot believe the inept customer handling experience I feel I have received.
