Good Points

Despite the publicity on the website and their TV advertisement, I am still trying to find their good points.


Bad Points

Over the telephone staff seem to say one thing but when pressing them as to what they will do to resolve the problem, they say there is nothing they can do! So much for the benefits of a comprehensive service!


General Comments

A bus hit my car on 9th January 2009. The driver immediately admitted liability both in the presence of his managers and in the presence of the Police. Two weeks ago the engineers called to say the car would be written off and a settlement cheque would be sent and the courtesy car was immediately taken back. The cheque has still not arrived despite assurances that it has been sent. The quality of the service I have received can only be described as diabolical. I lodged a complaint a week ago and have not had the courtesy of an acknowledgment let alone an indication that my complaint is being considered.
