General Comments

I couldn't use my own garage who could have done the repair the next day for £750.00. Used their approved -1st Choice. Took 2 days to recieve courtesy car. Car to be ready that week. One week later, it will be ready this afternoon. Not. Ready tomorrow. Not. Ready middle next week.. I felt that customer service impotent getting their contracted garage to deliver, and don't seem to care. Asked to register formal complaint, should have had documents in 4 days. Yep, no documents, and still no car.
