General Comments

Policy price is very competitive but not you if you have to make a claim.

I had an accident in November 2008 - other drivers fault.
I have whiplash
Bike is a write off.

I have had to do all the chasing up when trying to sort this out.

I recieved a courtesy bike pretty quickly but because they took almost 2 months for my own bike to be inspected and recovered the courtesy bike company (Hirebike) had to take the courtesy bike away afrom me as they wouldn't be able to recover all the charges from the other driver. So I have now had no bike for 3 weeks.

I received 6 physio sessions and my physio recommended another 5. Ebike took 3 weeks to authorise the additional 5 sessions.

I have made official claims direct to ebike and they haven't answered yet.

There are so many companies involved in my claim it is unbelievable.

None of them talk to each other and you have to do all the chasing yourself.

I have never dealt with such company in all my life.

I will never use this company again.
