This is my second claim, the 1st six months ago, I had a Nokia N73, damaged, cannot have the same phone, unless I am willing to wait, so you have to take what they offer. when that phone stopped working 6 months on, I waited up to 15 days without a phone, claiming seems to be a long drawn out system, not even internet based forms, only snail mail application forms, have been told it will take up to 15 days to get my phone repaired or replaced at a further cost of £30.I dont feel this is godd for the image of Lloyds TSB, and this was a phone they supplied only 6 months ago.
