I've been trying to speak with my Natwest Business Account "relationship manager" since before Christmas only direct number to her is mobile, always on voicemail where she says she will endeavour to get back to me by the end of the day ha ha ha. The office number where I am assured that someone will be able to help me quickly tells me (when it is not constantly engaged) and I quote, that I will need to speak to "one of her little chums". He does phone at about I think 12.45 pm the one time when a shop is likely to be busy. I am assuming it is he because when I get home there is a message at 12.47 saying that he will be on his mobile number for the rest of the day but could it not really wait until the following Tuesday when my "relationship manager would be back. I now think that I now think that I should have contacted him that day as I am sure that he would have liked a business call at my convenience which as I arrive home at something approaching 8pm would have been ideal. The banks have me over a barrel and they know that I cannot afford to fall out with them. Then this morning at 6.15 am the business news on radio 4 has the boss of the bank saying that they have a huge sum of money to help their customers out through this time but that it is not being taken up....I wonder why....
