Good Points

Good quality built homes.
Often good locations.
Excellent after sales service.


Bad Points

Development not finished still after 3 years.


General Comments

I bought from Bryant homes about a year ago on a nearly built development in south Cheshire. The homes compared to the other house builders looked much better quality and were surrounded by large areas of open space this quality though came at a price for a first time buyer like me. It cost me £165,000 for a 3 bed house.
