Good Points

Items were shipped quickly and because of the recent dollar to pound conversion - prices were exceptionally great. (Normal prices stateside would have been double)


Bad Points

Not all items in stock.


General Comments

My first experience with Wiggle, but won't be my last. Prices and selection were great. Even with out of stock items, they communicated that the item was out of stock, the expected time to restock, and they did not hold up the rest of the order while waiting for one part.

The order arrived promptly, including the backordered part, and without a secondary shipping charge.

There are some American retailers that could learn from this.
