We reserved a camper home from Alldrive Canada in may 2008 on the homepage of this firm. The total amount of the rental price of 3407,25 $ was immediately charged off from my credit card, however it should have been only a deposit, the rest should have been charged off only four weeks before picking up the car.
We picked up the car at Calgary the 21.07.2008, being surprised that the security deposit of 1000, - $ was immediately charged off from my credit card. The bikes we had reserved for 250, - $ were not on board. Alldrive promised us that these amounts would be credited to my card at the end of the journey.
The 31.07.2008 we dropped off the car in Vancouver in perfect state. The final bill and ' drop-off 'document listed correctly the balance being due to us: 1262,50 $ for restitution of the security deposit, the missing bikes, including taxes. Nevertheless and in despite of several phone calls and promises, in despite of e-mails and a registered letter we didn't see the least cent!
