When my cat was diagnosed with a tumour in her cheek, Paws Pet Insurance classed it as dental surgery, and didn't pay for her treatment. Even my vet disputed it was dental. This left us with a massive bill for the vet. We had been with them since 1992, and had never made a claim for her until 2008. Would never register any of my other cats with them again.
