I placed an order with 999 Inks for a relative and, despite taking the money for the order after 10 working days he had received zip. Despite several emails, at least 2 faxes and a letter asking for a refund neither of us got a reply from the company and no refund.
Eventually, and probably on the threat of follow up action, the order finally arrived nearly 4 weeks late - not bad when they quote 1-4 working days!. They had obviously panicked as they had been forced to make the order up partly of the compatibles originally ordered and a few originals.
I shall not be ordering from them again and my advise is to get a set of originals then take them to your local Cartridge World and get them refilled - which is precisely what my relative is doing.
As for their web site logo "We care about you"? Can you hear me laughing?
Not able to give comment on print quality/longevity etc as the cartridges have not been installed yet so these ratings are not accurate at time of review.
