General Comments

Last December I became disabled and was given a mobility car with its own insurance. I called Shelias wheels and explained this and they told me they would send a letter telling me what monies I would receive (any balance from the monies I had paid). I received no letters during December or January (had a lot of post going missing in my area). Today had a phone call from a debt collector stating that I owe £120.00!!!!!!Explained that I know nothing of this.Phoned Shelias Wheels and was told a letter had been sent out in January - explained that I had not received this. Could not speak to any person in authority and was told nothing can be done even though I had not recieved their letter.
