General Comments
Promised 'upto 8mb', would have been happy with 1mb but got 28k. Sometimes so slow their own on line speed checker fell over trying to register my speed.
I experienced poor speeds and an expensive help line with no refund towards the £45 I spent on phone calls.
Discovered that 'unlimited' usage measures you against people in the surrounding area. I live in Bournemouth, surrounded by older people and I was told that as their usage was low, mine looked high by comparrison, so was constantly choked. A real joke considering how slow it was 95% of the time.
