Bad Points
I experienced the screen freezing, switching itself off, and when I phoned about the fault I got told that its the USB lead that is faulty. That's nothing to do with the screen.

General Comments
My daughters iTeddy has been sent back 2 times for repair with the same faults - screen freezes, switches itself off, not recognised by any pc once it has switched itself off. Personally, I think you are better off getting your children a portable dvd player or mp4 player.
