with Hertz Car Rental the car as specified and price as stated and reasonable. I needed a 9 seater minibus from Innsbruck airport to travel to St Johann. I decided to phone rather than go online to book as the online selection only allows a vehicle type, '6+'. Hertz said they would look into it and get back to me. I had to chase them, but they said a 9 seater minibus, probably a Renault Trafic, would be ready for me, and quoted the price which was reasonable. I paid this by credit card over the phone.

When I arrived at Innsbruck, the vehicle was a 9 seater Renault Trafic, clean and ready to go, no hidden non-optional extras. Brilliant.

I chose to take the extended CDW when I arrived at the airport, the price was stated at the time of booking.

I'll use Hertz again.
