Booked a car from Scotties and then asked to pick it up earlier to which they agreed but when we turned up they said they never agreed to having a car ready earlier. Said that he had a voice recording of our conversation which we asked to hear and then he made all sorts of excuses why we couldn't hear it. He appeared to turn very rude and defensive. Threatened to charge our credit card for the full hire period if we cancelled the booking - we would have been happy to pay a cancellation fee as per contract. I found them to be incompetent, disorganised and rude.
