Fitness First looks and smells good and appears to be very efficient to start with. They have very bad communcation between staff members, i requested to have my account cancelled and for payments to be stopped and although I was assured this would be the case I returned home to find out they had charged me £100 membership that I had not agreed to! I wouldn't reccomend them to anyone as they, even after repeated contact, have not dealt with my complaint and simply insist on taking a message which they never follow up.
