I have been watching Gems TV for a year and a half and most of the jewelery is Ok. But beware of the tanzanite, it is not what you see on TV. I bought a AAA and it is barely a regular tanzanite, there is almost no color. I also bought a blue diamond that I am not happy with. Return policy is good if you have the tag on in good shape otherwise they just send it back to you no questions asked and won't take it back.......It seems like they block me from buying things all the time and Customer service is very poor they just told me to email my problem
I did buy a ring and a stone fell out and they did replace it.
