AA Home Insurance has very poor customer service. All very good until you have to make a claim. Then you end up talking to staff who seemed to me to be very patronizing. Staff that take pride in picking holes in your claim to the point where they will always wiggle their way out of making a payout. Go somewhere else as these people will probably make your blood boil if the time comes and you need them.
