Peace of mind that my bill are being covered for a reasonable fee. the text messaging is good. waiting for online banking.
Bad Points
you cant use the card in all shops, which is irritating, it doesnot like LINK services in Iceland, Coop, ADSA petrol express payment, but you can use it at the kiosk and in the Asda store. It's worrying that I need to take out enough cash just incase the store doesnt take the card. untill I work out which ones are safe or not. also annoying that my husbands expenses are not regular dates in each month and I have to ring up everytime to get them to transfer it.
General Comments
I would like to see this bank open for longer at the weekend. Our world doesnot stop at the weekend and major banks cover weekends so why can think banking. I would like to also receive the text messages for our joint account as well as my husband.
Staff seem to be quicker to answer called lately, so maybe they have more staff or lines available.
