I bought my Beretta 682 gold e. 32 32inch adjustable stock with beavertail forend multichoke over 2 years ago and shoot clays with it twice a week. I have shot most of the range Browning, Blaser ,Miruku, Perazzi and Dt 10 and find that you would be hard pushed to find a better out of the box gun that handles lovely and shoots terrific and better than I could ever shoot . It points well feels comfortable and is a pure pleasure to shoot Regularly shoot 100 clays and you could shoot it all day. has easy second target aquisition. this is a genuine clay buster and I would not hesitate to buy another one.You can pick up a good second hand one for 12 to 1400, and a new one at around the 1800 to 2k mark a bargain, I would advise the adjustable oiled stock with the beavertail forend which is a big plus, forget the snabel. This is a shotgun to win championships with and Beretta apart from the choke key have got it smack on . If you only buy one shotgun this is it, so dont rush in and buy a new cheaper model gun rather buy a second hand Gold E Although to be fair there is nothing wrong with the makes above but look at the price difference a lot more money for the Blaser Perazzi and Dt10 .I find It is more comfortable to shoot than the Browning xs and ahead of Miruku but they are cheaper Forget these add on grade 1 2 3 5 and so on . Its all here with this beauty. Very well balanced, hardly any recoil,if you shoot 24grams even less, looks fantastic. very pointable. Quality out of the box gun. Optima chokes throw excellent patterns. Choke key not good for this quality of gun.the plastic identification rings on the chokes split and are of so poor quality and design, this problem has now been addressed with the latest chokes having metal rings about time to. such a small but annoying fault on such a fantastic peace of kit
