Asked for call back and I was never called and had to call myself.
General Comments
AA is generally a good company but by no means the cheapest. Moreover the breakdown cover that they offer as standard (which was an annual premium of £60) only included towing our car for 10miles (which was not disclosed to us at the time of purchase). This meant that when my partner and I broke down on the M62 by Warrington we got towed to the nearest petrol station and had to call family and friends to get back home. NOT impressed.
