Our two booked SUV's to be collected from Anaheim Alamo had been double booked and we were unable to pick up our vehicle. Told to return 3 hours later but still no vehicles available. We waited in office for 2 1/2 hours with 4 children to be given a family sedan for our travel to San Diego. Staff assured us that the SUV's would be available in San Diego and were on 'hold'. When arriving in San Diego there were no cars available and they were not aware of our situation. After days of mucking around at our expense we received the appropriate vehicles from National.
