Good Points

Again does what it says , this does definitely curb the appetite. Feel more alert , have much more energy now .


Bad Points

Can feel quite jittery , interrupts sleep patterns .


General Comments

These definitely do what they say , This is only my second day .I don't feel hungry and portion sizes are much smaller , after reading prev reviews i just hope that when I finish these tablets the weight doesn't creep back on again !! hopefully though as my diet is quite varied and healthier now it shouldn't do. I have a review next week to check pulse , BP weight etc so again hope all this is fine so i can continue . I would definitely recommend these as a weight loss supplement , i have tried every diet and pill you can buy etc but none seem to last . I have a lot more energy now and dont feel at all bloated as I did before . Fingers crossed I have lost and can stay on them by the time i have my next review with the doctor .
