General Comments

I am a personal & business Barclays Internet Banking customer.
List of errors
1. For some reason they can't grasp I have moved house even though I have opened 2 new accounts in the last 6 months giving all my current details.
2. I have a limited company account. They still address my company without the limited causing confusion with my last (not limited) account.
3. Sent me three 5 digit pass codes (none seem to work now)
4. Pin sentry worked once now locked me out.
5. I have a "holding" account which sometimes when I go for a statement doesn't exist. Alarming as that's where I put the most money from the business.
6.On line website seems buggy as it logs me out sometimes or won't let me in all together.

I have been a customer for 10 years I am now off to A&L. Wish me luck!
