working from a script no response form tech support


General Comments

I have been trying to talk to someone at vonage for three days trying to give them my business.... I cant get an answer as to why I would need thier adapter as i currently have a voIP phone.
the people that call you back are VERY polite but only seem to be working from a script when talking to me.
Having tried (3 times) to call the technical advice line with a wait of more than 5 mins each time and still getting no answer I have just given up and will try another supplier they seem to have great deals but dont want to sell them and also only want to try to sell thier own equipment that i believe I dont need.
