website quoting system seems to be on the right track

all quotes I received seemed to be made up


General Comments

I wanted to purchase a wiper motor, I recived about 6 quotes via txt and email, all seemed promising at that point, prices were similar on the quotes, but as I was in a hurry for the part I decided I would get the one that had 1 day delivery time for a few quid more, all the others had 2 day delivery times.
The long and short is I phoned up 4 times trying to get the part from that one specific quote, but each time they just offered me something else that I didn't want, when I pointed out that I wished to take up a different offer they just said they didnt have that quote on their system, out of sheer desperation I went with the one that they kept suggesting to me, took 7 days to arrive. :-(
