With the LG KG800 it is good the way you can add a picture for each contact, helps when people have the same name. I found the touch pad can play up at times as can the photo viewing. It seemed the amount of memory isn't good and reception is poor. It gets broken and chipped quite easily and scratched very easily. I wouldn't recommend it, it's not good for it's money but for £10 it is good though.
