Thomson Holidays did manage to get us there eventually. Why lie, we mess up from time to time, many people incurred significant extra expense through being delayed and they didn't even offer a free drink. I feel we received terrible service, will never book through Thomson again. They should remember how many other people a dissatisfied customer tells about a poor experience. They blamed weather conditions for making us travel to another airport and we met other travellers from that other airport who were going back to our original place of departure, weather conditions eh? I think it was more like poor scheduling!
